Winter Holidays and Short Art Breaks Tariff

Serica apartment (for two people)

Winter full week £400

OR £65 per night for short breaks (minimum 3 nights)

Golden Eagle apartment (for two or three people)

Winter full week £460

OR £75 per night for short breaks (not per person)

• Tariff includes central heating, electricity, supplementary electric heating, all bedlinen, towels and kitchen linen.
• Beds will be made up ready for your arrival
• A welcome tray of tea/coffee and biscuits will be waiting on the table
• We offer an advance grocery order service so basic groceries and breakfast items will be there when you arrive (charged at cost)
• We provide a rechargeable torch and basic Vodafone mobile phone in every apartment
• Wi-fi internet access is available in all apartments and we can provide a Guest laptop if required
