"Time" Exhibition at 44AD Gallery, Bath, UK, November 2021

This was the last artwork I painted for the exhibition, only a few weeks before the paintings were packed up and shipped to Bath. It shows my developing style, using inks with a dropper and water spray, finishing with watercolour. It was painted below the Porthloo Breccia. The rocky shore you see is the result of geological action and weathered erosion of the cliff face. Rock is broken up, tumbled in the surf into pebbles or ground into sand. In time, sometimes this forms back into rock.

Time is cyclic.
