We live here at Glandore so we always able to meet arriving guests and welcome them personally. This also means that we are (unobtrusively) on hand 24/7 for help and advice if you require.
When we confirm receipt of the balance of rental, we send our own grocery order form so a selection of essential items can be waiting for you on arrival (chilled items will be transferred to fridge as required)
We provide ALL linen so beds will be made up and aired, warm towels will be on the towel rail in the bathroom, kitchen linen (hand towel, apron, oven glove and teatowels) and beach towels will be ready.
We clean and service the apartments ourselves so you can be assured they will be spotless and immaculate. Extra clean laundry is always available in the apartments.
We personally maintain our own website to ensure it is always as accurate and up-to-date as possible regarding vacancies, prices and other information.
On arrival, we greet you personally with fresh flowers, drinks and snacks, and an informal chat about the apartments and the islands in general.
We provide comprehensive information folders in the apartments and can offer information about boat trips, shopping, Tourist Information and other services in Hugh Town.
For early arrivals or late departures, we can store your luggage and provide refreshments and bathroom facilities for your use.
In the case of delayed travel, we can liase directly with Skybus/Steamship Company on your behalf to minimise inconvenience. We can transfer you and your luggage if required at short notice and we can arrange to meet delayed arrivals from the boat
Other services available to our guests include internet access (on request), loan of a laptop computer, drying outdoor clothing such as coats and boots and gifts of in-season produce from our garden.
