Serica is a small but comfortable apartment for two people. It comprises a large sitting room/dining room with fully-equipped hand-built maple kitchen and a separate bedroom with high base 4ft 6" double bed and ensuite shower/toilet with washbasin and heated towel rail. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, large fridge, separate freezer, compact dishwasher and washer/tumble drier.

The bedroom has a large patio windows opening out onto a private, sunny, south-facing balcony, equipped with built-in hardwood table and seats, overlooking Porthloo duckpond and the Lower Moors nature area.

The sitting room has magnificent sea views out towards the islands of Samson, Bryher and Tresco together with Hugh Town, the harbour and the Garrison. Even the shower/toilet offers a wonderful view out across the Harbour and Hugh Town!
